CERAP UK, Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom LOD Manager Since 2018, CERAP UK has supported the UK\’s Nuclear renaissance by providing expertise in: Project Management Design and Engineering Qualification Testing We are seeking an LOD Manager to join our expanding team working with our client in Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the first generation of Nuclear Power Plants in the UK! 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Income protection Life insurance Main Activities: LOD Production Lead the production of the ITB LOD for the yearly task order. Update and quality check the LOD monthly. Coordinate with L4 and L3 schedulers to ensure alignment with schedules. LOD Change Management Manage changes to the LOD according to the project change management system. Record reasons for changes in the L4 scheduling tool (PALADIN). LOD Reporting Extract and manipulate data from PALADIN and EasyDoc for reporting. Provide performance reports and KPIs to management. Document Management Interface Update LOD and create placeholders in the client’s system (Teamcentre). Coordinate with the Document Manager to meet deadlines. Training Train staff on LOD processes and tools. Qualifications and Experience: Experience in document management and MS Office, especially Excel. Educated to A Level or above. Experience with scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera, or PALADIN. Experience in fast-paced engineering projects. Knowledge of electronic planning systems (EDMS).
