DV/UK*C Cleared Scrum Master – 3 months+ £550-600pd Inside IR35 – Full time on site (London) DV Cleared (UKIC Preferred) Scrum Master needed to join an established consultancy to help drive ambitious programmes and deliver expert solutions. Please note: Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must have an active and transferrable HLC eDV clearance. Candidates must also be sole UK nationals with a minimum of 10 years unbroken residency. Responsibilities: Facilitate and champion the Agile software development process. Report regularly on team progress, risks, and blockers to program leadership. Maintain project status in Agile tracking tools and prepare progress reports. Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile activities. Communicate effectively with the customer and team, track tasks, and produce quality deliverables. Identify, document, and manage risks/issues promptly; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve and close them. Coach the team in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand assignments and keep the team focused on Sprint and Program Increment goals. Required Skills: At least 3 years of experience leading and managing Agile IT projects. Experience with Agile Project Management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
