This newly created role is a result of ongoing international expansion and rising demand throughout Southern Europe.
We are seeking candidates with a premium or luxury consumer goods background—such as fashion, beauty, skincare, footwear, or lifestyle—with a focus on wholesale or B2B markets. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the business and commercial teams. You will play a pivotal role driving wholesale and key account strategies across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece—managing relationships with distributors, agents, and key retail partners including department stores. The role is based in West London (hybrid, 3 days in-office), with regular travel across Southern Europe to meet partners, attend trade shows, and support market development.
The Role:
- Own and grow commercial strategy and account development across Southern Europe.
- Manage distributor and agent relationships as well as key accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored go-to-market plans aligned with regional and brand objectives.
- Provide proactive commercial follow-up and support.
- Conduct regular field visits, lead product range reviews, and attend relevant trade events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor account and regional performance, delivering regular reporting to senior management.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to anticipate needs and recommend product assortments.
The Person:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or key account management within international markets.
- Experience managing distributors and agents across multiple territories.
- Track record of strategic growth and successful territory management.
- Strong commercial instincts, highly organised, and confident in client-facing roles.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Southern Europe and collaborate closely with London HQ.
