The Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) team is responsible for creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for American Express through differentiated and innovative branding, marketing, and experiences. We have an ambitious goal: to be the most admired brand in the Fortune 500 and we aim to deliver on that by doing work that is both creative and effective. The Global Brand Strategy & Insights team sits within GABM. We are responsible for accelerating brand consideration globally by delivering robust insights, transformative brand strategies, and key capabilities for marketers across the organization.
We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst who can support our expansion as we grow our presence to cover a Global event portfolio. Reporting to the Global Product Operations Manager, this role will help build an international community for DBP through market engagement and project management. Focusing on how our products show up seamlessly and compliantly at high visibility events including: F1, Wimbledon, international music festivals and our sponsored venues.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Represent DBP to local sponsorship teams
- Build relationships to support the market engagement infrastructure
- Define and deliver an onboarding experience for markets new to our products
- Develop processes and resources for product education where appropriate
- Partner with NY-based product owners to provide consultation for new markets
- Planning for where our products will show up in the Global event portfolio
- Supporting the set-up of our event activations across the Global calendar
- Support onsite product enablement and operations for UK-based live events
- Liaise with local markets, development team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are on schedule (e.g. managing communication and milestone tracking)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to provide clarity and direction on a project plan
- Effective management of milestone delivery for multi-stakeholder projects
- Ability to distil complex information into visually digestible resources
- Curiosity and proactivity; driven to make connections and explore new ideas
- Connected thinking and an appetite to learn about international nuances
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environments
- Enthusiasm for digital product development and innovation
- A passion for entertainment, music, sports and new technologies is a must!

- Multi-market project management experience
