The predicted salary is between 24000 - 26000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Host to join the team at a stunning residential site in Croydon. The development is made up of 338 luxury apartments, pet friendly with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, bike storage and a playground area.

The role will be based on site, where each day will be different, fit for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude, maturity to adapt in fast-changing situations, who can build rapport with residents, deliver great customer service, and achieve high retention levels.

You:

  • Experience in being the first point of contact for resident enquiries (including raising maintenance issues) with a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience in residential services, leasing, guest relations, hospitality or sales.
  • Understanding of residential rules and regulations, deposits, and residents' rights in order to manage a smooth-running operation.
  • Practice in lettings or supporting lettings.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems within the residential setting will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable running regular resident events.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English as well as reasonable IT skills, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
