This residential property solicitor will be based in Gloucester. Our client is a highly respected property firm that specializes in equity release and provides independent, expert legal advice for clients looking to release equity from their home. You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years\’ PQE. You\’ll be able to demonstrate experience in sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, SDLT, and unregistered land. Equity release experience is an advantage but not essential. There is a good market salary on offer (DOE), an attractive benefits package, and free onsite parking.
