Your role will involve: Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time. What weâre looking for Youâll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level. Youâll be: Proactive and results-driven Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
