We are seeking a highly motivated HR Operations Manager to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of the HR operations function, with a strong focus on employee engagement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.
- Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns and providing support.
- Payroll Management: Take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and other payments.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment efforts, manage the onboarding process, and ensure new hires have a seamless transition.
