The firm focuses on the usual mix of: Will drafting Probate Trust formation Private tax advice Additionally, they offer some offshore expertise. The firm is generating an increasing amount of contentious trust work but doesn\’t have the expertise in-house to deal with it and so currently refers it to other law firms. They are seeking to recruit a partner to handle this work.
