Our client is a highly regarded law firm with a private client law focus. The firm focuses on the usual mix of: Will drafting Probate Trust formation Private tax advice Additionally, they offer some offshore expertise. The firm is generating an increasing amount of contentious trust work but doesn\’t have the expertise in-house to deal with it and so currently refers it to other law firms. They are seeking to recruit a partner to handle this work. The role will suit either: An ambitious senior associate seeking partnership A partner seeking a new opportunity Unusually for a role of this kind, no following is required, although an ability to business develop will be useful.
