In this role, you’ll take ownership of workforce analytics, demand forecasting, and resource modelling to support long-term operational planning across multiple service areas.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll identify key trends, develop performance dashboards, and guide resourcing decisions that drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and maintain forecasting models using workforce data and trends Analyse service demand, capacity, and productivity to inform workforce strategy Build dashboards and visualisations that support data-led decision-making Collaborate with operations, HR, finance, and service managers Present findings to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in workforce planning, analytics, or operational insight roles Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data modelling techniques Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Confident presenting insight to leadership and driving change Analytical thinker with a proactive, solutions-led mindset This is a hybrid role with flexibility, offering the chance to contribute to a high-impact function in a growing and values-led organisation.
