Role Description
The HR Apprentice will support the HR team by maintaining procedures, systems, and processes, primarily focusing on UK operations while collaborating with European colleagues. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting with HR activities, and participating in projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain HR knowledge and skills through the apprenticeship.
- Build relationships with employees and managers.
- Produce accurate HR reports from Workday system.
- Maintain employee records and organization charts.
- Support HR cycles like performance reviews, pay cycles, and talent reviews.
- Manage probation reviews and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist with Learning and Development activities.
- Participate in project groups and support ad-hoc tasks.
