In collaboration with Our Client, a global leader in student engagement technology, we are looking for a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to drive growth across Higher Education (HE), Further Education (FE), and Business Schools in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. This role offers the chance to take charge of a dynamic sales territory, forging strong relationships with institutional leaders to create lasting impact. Your Responsibilities: Sales Leadership Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and expand market presence Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across various educational institutions (Higher Education, Further Education, and Business Schools) Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiations and closing Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the EMEA education sector Customer Engagement Build trust and rapport with key institutional leaders ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Work closely with internal teams (Client Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client success Keep clients informed on new offerings and conduct regular check-ins to sustain strong partnerships Market Insight Leverage your knowledge of the education landscape to inform our clients\’ strategy Provide feedback from the market to drive product development and improvements Requirements What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of proven success in sales, ideally within education technology or related sectors. Strong knowledge of the UK, Ireland & EMEA educational landscape, with a focus on Higher & Further Education. Demonstrated ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and close high-value deals ($100K+). Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, target-driven mindset, combined with a genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes. Familiarity with diverse linguistic and cultural landscapes across the UK, Ireland & EMEA is a plus!
