Exciting Opportunity for a Catering Manager A successful contract catering company is seeking an experienced Catering Manager at one of their sites near Altrincham. As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for all kitchen and back of house operations, including providing menus in line with agreed budgets and projections. As Chef Manager you will supervise up to 6 chefs, ensuring that 3 meals a day are served and all paperwork is completed to company requirements. Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have previous management experience in a similar role and ideally have a background in corporate fresh food kitchens.
