Requirements Manager

Copello have partnered with an established Engineering business in the recruitment of a Requirements Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is based out of Whiteley but flexible for hybrid working.The Requirements Manager plays a key role within the Systems Engineering team, supporting current and future service designs. The role involves close collaboration across teams and the Asset Delivery Programme to ensure effective requirements management throughout the system lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Define, manage, and maintain requirements baseline, including contractual changesOversee the decomposition and allocation of system requirements across the businessDevelop and maintain the Requirements Strategy and ensure full traceabilityManage Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) and V&V evidence in DOORSSupport change impact assessments and contract negotiationsProvide regular metrics on requirements acceptance progressAct as a DOORS expert, offering training and guidance company-wideEssential Skills & Experience:Engineering degree or equivalent qualificationExperience managing requirements in real-time, safety-critical environmentsStrong knowledge of DOORS, including DXL scripting and IT support structuresBackground in systems engineering and V&V processesProven track record on complex, multi-site programmesDesirable Skills & Experience:Familiarity with Air Traffic Management or regulated environmentsExperience developing DOORS processes and data structuresKnowledge of Def Stan 00-972 and CAP 670This role offers a salary of up to £70K + benefits.For more information, please get in touch with Ella.
