Our client, a speciality pharmaceutical company based in the South of the UK, is looking for a Technical Transfer Project Manager. They are experts in their field, focusing on central nervous systems, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, and rare diseases, particularly identifying difficult-to-manufacture therapeutic products and collaborating with trusted partners to bring them to market.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Developing and executing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: Facilitating the transfer of technical information, processes, and product details.
- Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure project success.
- Documentation and Compliance: Managing all relevant documentation, validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the technology transfer process.
Requirements:
- Seeking a highly experienced Technical Transfer Project Manager available to start immediately.
- Based out of Egham with willingness to travel to Milan up to 2 weeks per month.
- Strong experience in Technology Transfer (TT).
- Extensive Sterile Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Ampoules or syringes.
- Proven track record in Sterile Manufacturing Technical Transfer projects.
- Ability to hold the CDMO accountable, drive schedules, manage costs, and monitor progress closely to ensure deadlines are met.
