As a Customer Advisor working in one of our standalone stores, you’ll provide the very best shopping experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders. Minimum Requirements: You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (School leaving age – GOV.UK). You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK. Most roles are part-time, working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week. What you’ll be doing: Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products, and process refunds. Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and providing advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet. Build great knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations.
