IntroductionArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to recruit a Diesel Electrical Fitter at Iron Making.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Perform maintenance and breakdown repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and petrol equipment.
Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Determine the root cause of equipment failures and prevent future occurrences.
Conduct fault finding and resolve problems.
Approach work methodically and structurally, including problem identification and solving.
Maintain good housekeeping of the equipment maintenance workshops.
Safety conscious.
Qualification :Grade 12 / N3 / NCV 3 (NQF 4/10).
Personal Attributes :Good communication skills (Verbal and written).
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly motivated.
Ability to work independently.
Work well under pressure.
