Our teams of architects, engineers, analysts, and designers help clients realize smarter, more efficient solutions. Our core specialisms include mechanical, electrical, public health, environmental, lighting, vertical transport, and fire, working seamlessly throughout the building structure to create optimal spaces. Responsibilities and Requirements Progress towards becoming a Chartered Engineer. Producing basic calculations manually and using technical software. Understanding British Standards and when to refer to them. Awareness of company standards and procedures. Knowledge of Health & Safety in construction; aim to gain CSCS card for site access. Participate in site visits to understand design production. Maintain well-documented projects, including calculations and correspondence. Understand project programs and reading drawings. Use specialist 2D/3D software for system design. Develop understanding of BREEAM and SKA standards relevant to your discipline. Building Physics Calculations & Technologies Dynamic Thermal Simulation Computational Fluid Dynamics Daylight modeling and calculations Understanding Low and Zero Carbon Technologies Educational Details Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship in Building Services Design Engineering.
