Responsibilities of a Portfolio Manager Tenant Acquisition: Secure high-quality tenants for a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance tenant suitability and optimise property use Routine Inspections: Carry out regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and uphold high property standards Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery Workload Management: Monitor workloads to ensure deadlines are met and service levels are consistently maintained.
