Job Title: Shift Manager Are you a First Line Manager seeking your next career move? Or perhaps a Warehouse Shift Manager looking for a change? If you\’re ready to give your best, this role is for you! Due to our ongoing growth, we are excited to offer two opportunities for Shift Managers at our expanding site in Southampton . You will oversee warehouse operations, prioritise colleague wellbeing, health, safety, and ensure operational KPIs are met. This is a full-time, permanent role with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday and weekends on a rota basis. Available shifts are AM (7am – 3:30pm) or PM (1:30pm – 9pm) . Pay, Benefits, and More Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a company-sponsored pension scheme, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 online GP service, life assurance, employee assistance programme, and access to our MyBenefits platform with discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, cashback cards, savings schemes, and more. Manage agency staff requirements, ensuring resource planning aligns with volume forecasts and KPIs. Maintain the headcount tracker, providing daily updates to stakeholders. Compile and submit operational data to relevant internal teams as scheduled. Qualifications and Skills Experience leading warehouse teams, preferably within e-commerce operations. Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving abilities, reacting quickly and follow-up skills.
