About The Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you’ll be embedded within one of our high-performing delivery teams, learning from experienced professionals and making a real impact from day one. You’ll follow a structured program covering core Business Analyst tools, techniques, and responsibilities, including:
- The fundamentals of Business Analysis and its importance
- Conducting Business Impact Assessments
- Applying investigation techniques
- Stakeholder analysis and management
- Requirements engineering and management
- Business process and data modeling using UML
- Performing gap analysis with tools like SWOT and McKinsey 7-S
- Managing organizational change and running UAT
By the end, you’ll be equipped with both technical and soft skills to thrive as a Business Analyst.

What You Need
Requirements:
- Interest in a Business Analysis career, demonstrated through A Levels (Business Studies, BTECs, personal projects)
- 3 or more A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Able to commute to Leeds
- No higher qualification in the same or similar subject

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000, depending on skills and experience
Bonus: £2,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship within the agreed timeframe
Start date: September 2025
Contract: 24-month fixed-term, with potential for permanent roles afterward
Location: Either Birmingham or Manchester, with a preferred commute of an hour or less
Travel: Reimbursed travel to client sites, as per expenses policy
Hybrid working arrangements to be discussed with line managers.
