About The Apprenticeship As an apprentice, you’ll be embedded within one of our high-performing delivery teams, learning from experienced professionals and making a real impact from day one. You’ll follow a structured program covering core Business Analyst tools, techniques, and responsibilities, including: The fundamentals of Business Analysis and its importance Conducting Business Impact Assessments Applying investigation techniques Stakeholder analysis and management Requirements engineering and management Business process and data modeling using UML Performing gap analysis with tools like SWOT and McKinsey 7-S Managing organizational change and running UAT By the end, you’ll be equipped with both technical and soft skills to thrive as a Business Analyst. What we’re looking for A curious and motivated individual eager to learn and grow Someone proactive, takes initiative, and embraces feedback Well-organized with good time management and a reliable work ethic A confident communicator who enjoys teamwork A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving What You Need Requirements: Interest in a Business Analysis career, demonstrated through A Levels (Business Studies, BTECs, personal projects) 3 or more A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent 5 GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel Able to commute to Leeds No higher qualification in the same or similar subject Applications from graduates seeking an apprenticeship are also welcome.
