At Simpro, we’re revolutionising how trade and field service businesses operate – and we want you to help us lead the charge with Simpro Payments. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Simpro Payments, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging customers and prospects, introducing them to our integrated payments platform, and driving adoption across our growing global user base. Your role will be pivotal in helping businesses streamline invoicing and improve cash flow with a modern, easy-to-use payments solution. Location: Leeds, LS15, Hybrid Salary: £30,000 + commission What You’ll Do Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to current Simpro customers and identify opportunities where Simpro Payments can add real value. Inbound Follow-up: Engage with and qualify leads from incomplete payment sign-ups. Discovery & Qualification: Uncover pain points around payments and position Simpro Payments as the solution. Lead Conversion: Guide customers through the setup process and convert them into Payments customers. Meeting Booking: Secure high-quality, qualified meetings for our Account Executives, CSMs, and Inside Sales Reps, ensuring seamless handover. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and the Payments team to run focused outreach campaigns and build pipeline. CRM Management: Keep Salesforce up to date with all activities, notes, and lead insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with BDR peers, Payments Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align messaging and strategy. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a BDR or Sales role, ideally within SaaS or Fintech. Confident talking about financial tools and digital payments. A strong communicator—whether it’s on the phone, via email, or on LinkedIn. Curious and coachable, with a genuine hunger to learn and grow. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
