We have developed a specialist art program to enhance art skills and create great art pieces. We are the largest art education provider in England, teaching over 5500 children weekly across the country! Our Greenwich branch has a wonderful group of students! 50% of the Club Manager\’s time is dedicated to teaching, 25% to class preparation, and 25% to admin and promotion. The successful candidate will receive full training in our teaching methods and techniques. They will be supported by the central support team and other art teachers based in their own studios. Job Responsibilities Teach children with high teacher-pupil ratios, fostering a love for art. Work in a company that values sharing & educating, growth mindset, connection, and compassion. Join a team of like-minded art teachers. Participate in a 2-year training program covering teaching, art techniques, child development, systems, and customer engagement. Receive face-to-face training from Kathryn, the Creative Director. Get training on administration and club development. Contribute to the art-K program through team projects. Build relationships with students and parents, supporting ongoing learning. Manage ad-hoc studio maintenance. The ideal candidate will: Be passionate about children\’s artistic development. Be an excellent communicator to encourage and discuss progress with students and parents. Create a welcoming, safe environment. Have a growth-oriented mindset. Be proactive and organized. Contribute creative solutions. Work independently with responsibility and autonomy. Be excited to work within a family-owned brand and supportive team. And ideally have: Art or teaching degree.
