Job Title: CRM Campaign Manager Location: Watford Junction – Hybrid (2 or 3 days a week in the office) Company: This AI-powered marketing cloud partners with some of the biggest brands in the fashion industry, and they are now looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join their client\’s CRM team. Job Description: The CRM Campaign Manager will be involved in: Acting as a technical expert to deliver campaigns for clients. Collaborating with internal teams to provide recommendations. Driving personalization of campaigns and informing stakeholders on campaign solutions. Understanding the capabilities of the ESP and optimizing its use. Managing campaigns across channels including Email, SMS, and push notifications. Requirements: Understanding of multiple CRM communication channels. Experience with any ESP. CRM campaign deployment experience. Stakeholder management skills. Retail or agency-side experience is a plus. Understanding of customer data is beneficial. Benefits: Salary up to £45,000.
