Customer Service Executive/Claims Handler Location: Christchurch – hybrid options available after probation. Salary: £26,210 starting salary, with potential to rise to over £30,300. Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with an internationally recognized company to recruit a confident Customer Service Executive to join their Claims team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: Handle incoming correspondence and calls related to insurance claims from customers, clients, and third parties Manage a portfolio of claims from initial contact to resolution Capture and update customer information accurately in the system Assess claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions Process valid claims promptly Inform customers when claims are not covered Identify and report potential fraudulent activity Support customers empathetically during challenging times Calculate payments accurately, including exchange rates Coordinate with third parties to resolve queries and recover funds Ensure timely and accurate documentation and data entry Ideal Candidate: Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations Multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with computer systems (training provided) Proactive, organized, and good at planning Team player Calm, confident, and focused during high call volumes Empathetic and reassuring Computer literacy with complex systems Numerate and quick to process information Effective at tailoring communication for different audiences High attention to detail To apply, submit your CV promptly or contact Sabrina at 02392 455422. #J-18808-Ljbffr
