Opportunity to lead Fire and Safety operation from a finance perspective G15 organisation About Our Client Our client is a large organisation with a strong reputation in the Social housing sector. They are committed to providing quality service and value to their stakeholders, with a focus on the fire and safety aspects of their operations. Job Description Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the fire and safety department. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with the organisation\’s objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise financial performance. Monitor and report on financial performance and provide insights to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Support the fire and safety department in achieving its financial and operational goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner – Fire & Safety should have: Fully CCAB qualified. Strong financial planning and strategy skills. Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in risk management and compliance. Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting. Knowledge of fire and safety operations would be an advantage. What\’s on Offer A competitive salary, estimated between £55,000 – £65,000 per annum. Up to 30 days\’ annual leave in addition to Bank holidays.
