About The Role Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract, with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts within our expanding division. Key Responsibilities Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations. Monitor contractors and their workmanship to ensure standards are met. Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment. Work safely at all times, complying with health & safety legislation. Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability. Support the implementation of integrated service delivery ensuring work is safe, timely, within budget, and meets quality standards. Provide a callout response for the client, approximately once every 4 weeks. Essential Hiring Criteria Right to work in the UK. Valid driving license. Relevant certifications: Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition. Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial. CSCS Skills card or equivalent. First Aid certification. Ability to use electronic handheld devices. Basic IT skills, including Excel & Microsoft Office. Benefits Overtime opportunities.
