Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex initiatives across identity, system reliability, and security platforms. This role requires deep program management expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional programs in enterprise identity, platform reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to define and execute roadmaps.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with a focus on execution excellence.
• Communicate program status to technical and executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of program management experience in identity, security, or system reliability domains.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder and risk management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP).
• Experience with large-scale platforms, threat detection, or authentication systems.
