Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Restaurant Team Member where you’ll play a key role creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. We’re on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Restaurant Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.
- Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.
- Keep restaurant and serving areas clean and tidy, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, fast food or customer service role or as a waiter or waitress is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
