Accounts Manager – Penrith, Cumbria – Top 20 Brand

Are you an Accounts Manager seeking a step up to a Top 20 Firm?

Our client, a fast-growing firm established for over 20 years and part of a Top 20 Brand, is based across multiple offices in the north of England and Scotland. They serve clients in sectors such as Agriculture, Charities, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Leisure, Technology, and Property, with turnovers up to £50 million.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
2. Managing a varied portfolio of clients
3. Overseeing clients\’ financial accounts
4. Preparing annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns
5. Training and mentoring junior team members

Candidate requirements:

1. ACA or ACCA qualified
2. Over 3 years\’ post-qualified experience
3. Experience managing a portfolio of clients
4. Ability to manage and develop a team
