Our Salesforce partner is looking for 5 skilled and experienced Quality Consultants to join them on a 3-month rolling contract on a large Public Sector project. Inside IR35 Contracts starting in September 2025. Remote Working with occasional site visits.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions throughout the development life cycle. This role demands a strong background in software quality assurance, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues. The QA Consultant will work closely with developers, architects, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, based on provided designs and user stories.
- Perform various testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Consultant or Software Tester.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and test cases.
