What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively sourcing your own business leads and following up on leads from Sales and Operations teams.
- Generating new sales opportunities across FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight, and road freight for both imports and exports.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing effectively to secure profitable deals.
- Conducting market research to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Attending client meetings and field visits to promote services and close sales.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Microsoft Office tools.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Bringing in transferable business where possible to enhance company growth.
- Working flexibly both in-office and in the field as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years’ experience selling sea, air, and road freight in a forwarding environment.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record.
- Good overall knowledge of the global freight and forwarding industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Friendly, confident, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent English and Maths skills.
