Business Analyst

Illuminet are hiring multiple Business Analysts to join our expanding Management Consulting Business. This is a key role within the professional services team, working closely with clients, Project Managers, Illuminet\’s Sales and Client Delivery Directors and associates. A suitable candidate will provide support and expertise in both pre-sales and delivery all while having the ability to quickly adapt into multiple different sectors. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to work with their clients and influence at an executive level in order to develop solutions to complex business problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years working within Business Analysis
- Experience in a prior role as a more consultative BA
- Excellent written communication skills
- Sector knowledge in any two of the following areas; Utilities, Retail/Supply chain, Insurance/Financial services, or Information Technology
- Proficiency in MS products including PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Ability to Analyse and define functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with common industry frameworks like ITIL, Scrum, Agile and Waterfall is desirable
- Right to work in the UK
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
Location: Offices in Poole, London, and Birmingham (Hybrid 2-3 days a week)
Duration: Permanent
