Our client is an independent firm of accountants with offices throughout Sussex. Corporate Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:
- A key role in providing comprehensive tax services to a range of clients, from corporate groups and private equity-backed businesses to large owner-managed businesses (OMBs).
- Oversee complex compliance tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to high-value advisory projects.
- Providing strategic tax advice, including R&D claims, group restructures, and M&A transactions.
