Chartered Residential Surveyor - Remote (London-based)

MRICS, FRICS, or AssocRICS qualified? This one's for you.

I’m working with a well-established, London-based property group to recruit a Residential Surveyor for their growing Surveying team. While the core team is based in South West London, this is a remote-based role with travel across London to conduct surveys and valuations.

They’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset — someone who values legacy but brings fresh thinking to improve how things are done.

Role Overview:
  • Produce accurate and high-quality valuation reports for lender and private clients
  • Keep up to date with market trends and RICS/Red Book regulatory standards
  • Follow internal policies (QA, Health & Safety, customer service)
  • Represent the business professionally with both clients and internal teams
About the Company:

This property group is one of the largest and most respected in London, offering a full range of services including residential sales and lettings, block and commercial management, and financial services. With over 15,000 residential and commercial units managed across 130+ London locations, they also boast one of the largest qualified surveyor teams in the capital — serving both corporate and private clients.

They’re proud of their supportive, team-first culture and commitment to delivering excellence across the board. The environment encourages collaboration, celebrates success through awards and social events, and supports employees in giving back through a range of charitable initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • MRICS, FRICS, or AssocRICS qualified
  • Experienced in residential surveying and valuation
  • Customer-focused with great attention to detail
  • Confident working independently while contributing to team goals
