Our client represents a large multi-asset estate undergoing a portfolio of concurrent capital construction, development and ongoing refurbishment projects to its building assets. The organisation employs a client-side project management team overseeing all projects and delivery partners.
We are seeking to appoint a Head of Capital Project delivery responsible for leading the inhouse project team with oversight and responsibility across its £multi-million project portfolio. You will be a key member of the Estates function contributing toward the overall estates strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, organise and manage the capital works programme and its related resources and services to ensure project delivery meets good practice
- Working with the Estates Director to advise an update on the overall estates strategy.
- Leadership of the projects team to efficiently manage all projects and services related to the development and implementation of projects on the estate, seeking best value and a high degree of interface with internal engineering expertise
Candidates would benefit from experience in a blend of supplier and client side roles, capable of managing varied portfolio of projects within a broader estates function.
