This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, KPIs, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. You\’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to achieve operational excellence. Your role as Distribution Centre Manager Responsible for adopting a cultural transformation towards operational excellence using continuous improvement/lean methodologies, focusing on eliminating waste while ensuring Safety, Service, Cost, and Environmental standards. Implement cultural change prioritizing safety and operational improvement at all levels. Ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are met. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement across the site. Manage the site P&L and budget, mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain confidence and connectivity in service delivery. Ensure statutory compliance and governance, including upholding the O licence. What you\’ll bring Experience in operational excellence and lean methodologies. Project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Management experience within logistics, supply chain, or operations. Proven leadership abilities to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams with a results and engagement focus.
