The predicted salary is between 28000 - 46000 £ per year.
This role will sit in the well-appointed offices of an international business, located on the outskirts of Swansea.
An easy commute for anyone along the more western end of the M4 corridor, this role will see the successful candidate business partnering with other colleagues and departments locally, and across Europe! Due to the complexities of the role, the company is particularly keen to employ a part-qualified/finalist/newly qualified ACCA/CIMA candidate, ideally with robust exposure to industry. This is an amazing next step for an experienced assistant accountant.
Criteria for this role:
- A high level of capability in computerised finance systems as well as Excel.
- A good mix of financial and management accounting.
- Plenty of dynamism and adaptability.
You will need to run with a process but adapt your approach if it just isn't working!
Duties will include the following:
- Providing expertise to support the financial month-end process.
- Contributing to management accounts preparation and submitting management accounting packs to Head Office.
- Supporting the year-end statutory accounts process and internal/external audit.
- Supporting the transactional finance team members.
- Creating a range of management information and financial reports, including debtors, creditors, sales and stock.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Fixed asset analysis, management and reporting.
- Assisting with various ongoing company-wide projects.
This is a fast-paced role in an ever-changing industry; you will need excellent organisation, prioritisation, and delegation skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
