We’re seeking an experienced Research Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of complex research projects within a dynamic insight-driven environment. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of research initiatives, from design and execution to analysis and reporting - ensuring outputs meet client objectives and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and proactively manage assigned research projects, including planning timelines, coordinating resources, and regularly updating senior stakeholders on progress.
- Collaborate closely with research leadership to align on project goals and develop your own professional skills, while mentoring junior team members.
- Design and develop study protocols, including questionnaires and discussion guides, ensuring methodological rigor and ethical compliance across multiple regions.
- Lead client communications, managing expectations and building strong trusted partnerships to support current and future business growth.
- Perform and oversee advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis, delivering insightful interpretation and actionable findings to clients.
- Prepare compelling reports, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate research insights and recommendations.
- Navigate complex regulatory environments, including ethics committee submissions and adverse event reporting protocols, to ensure compliance.
- Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide leadership within the research team by supporting talent development, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of new research tools, processes, and solutions that drive the evolution of the behavioural insights function.
