Our client, a fast-growing financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory and risk functions in Jersey. Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for the firm’s compliance framework and act as the Compliance Officer, MLCO, and MLRO (subject to JFSC approval).

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure full compliance with Jersey financial services regulations and AML/CFT/CPF requirements.
- Lead all regulatory interactions with the JFSC.
- Maintain and enhance the Compliance Monitoring Programme and Business Risk Assessment.
- Oversee all AML processes, including CDD, SARs, sanctions, and high-risk client management.
- Drive a business-integrated compliance culture across jurisdictions.
- Manage and develop the compliance team.
- 7-10+ years’ senior compliance experience, ideally in a regulated Trust Company Business.
- JFSC Key Person approved or eligible.
- Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICA, STEP, ACAMS).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, pragmatic approach.
