We're recruiting on behalf of a global, fast-paced organisation seeking two Order Management Coordinators to join their Retail Operations team in Leeds. This is a temporary role initially running until the end of the year, with huge potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Role Details:
- Location: LS15, Leeds
- Hours of Work: Flexible between 07:30 - 17:00
- Work Arrangements: Hybrid - 3 days in office, WFH Mondays and Fridays
- Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Start Date: 24/06/2025
- Contract Type: Temporary (with huge potential to go permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track purchase and sales orders
- Validate pricing and inventory availability
- Coordinate delivery bookings and timelines
- Resolve system discrepancies and ensure order fulfilment
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Requirements:
