We are now recruiting for a Mixed Vet Surgeon to join the team at a Farm, Equine and Small Animal veterinary practice in ABERDEEN, North East Scotland.

Excellent full time opportunity working 4 days a week with a 1 in 8 weekend and OOH rota compensated with a 4 day long-weekend after every weekend on call. The practice is established and successful with an excellent range of up-to-date equipment across all species including; equine and small animal video endoscopes, sector and linear ultrasound scanners for farm and equine, high quality small animal ultrasound, digital x-ray (including dental and mobile for equine) etc. Wide and varied caseload and you are guaranteed a great mix of farm, equine and small animal work with set operating days. Ideally you will already have good experience in Mixed practice and an interest in all areas (farm, equine and small animal). CPD allowance provided and support for you to build on any areas of specific interest. Superb location in the City of Aberdeen area of stunning North East Scotland surrounded by nearby mountains, sea and city. Car is available if needed.

Person Requirements

  • Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
  • Registered with the RCVS
  • Good experience in Mixed practice
