About the Role: We are seeking a Site Manager to join our growing fit-out team. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, managing projects across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK as required. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, communicating with clients, and overseeing site operations and design teams. You should have current knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation, be proactive, and possess excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in commercial fit-out Willingness to work in Northern Ireland, Ireland, or the UK Attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings Strong site management experience Experience with scheduling and procurement Good communication skills with subcontractors and clients Prioritization of health & safety IT literacy and a full driving license Desirable qualifications include First Aid, high-end joinery experience, CSCS/CSR/SMSTS cards, flexibility for overtime, and experience with PROCORE software.
