Bank Nurse – flexible hours, nights & days available, 3L service under We Change Lives.

About the Role

Provide 24/7 nursing care for adults with acquired brain injury, complex health needs, and learning/physical disabilities in Chapel House, Winsford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of care in accordance with government & CQC regulations.
  • Manage medication, tracheostomy care, seizure handling, stoma & catheter care.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe medication management.
  • Contribute to person‑centred planning and support residents’ personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Registered RN (RNLD) or Advanced Nursing qualification (RGN).
  • Previous nursing experience, preferably in complex care or residential settings.
  • Caring, empathetic, team‑oriented, aligned with WCL values.
