Bank Nurse – flexible hours, nights & days available, 3L service under We Change Lives.
About the Role
Provide 24/7 nursing care for adults with acquired brain injury, complex health needs, and learning/physical disabilities in Chapel House, Winsford.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of care in accordance with government & CQC regulations.
- Manage medication, tracheostomy care, seizure handling, stoma & catheter care.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and ensure safe medication management.
- Contribute to person‑centred planning and support residents’ personal growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered RN (RNLD) or Advanced Nursing qualification (RGN).
- Previous nursing experience, preferably in complex care or residential settings.
- Caring, empathetic, team‑oriented, aligned with WCL values.
