We’re Sharp UK, and we’re looking for an IT Security Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge IT security solutions for our clients, working alongside Security Architects, Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to help organisations stay one step ahead of cyber threats.
Whether you’re designing IT security plans, implementing solutions, or supporting clients through complex technical projects — this is a role where your input is valued, and your impact is real.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering high-quality onsite and remote IT security consultancy for clients across the UK.
- Working closely with Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to ensure the right-fit IT security solutions are proposed and delivered.
- Supporting Security Architects and the PMO in project delivery, from design through implementation.
- Acting as an escalation point for technical teams, offering guidance and hands-on support when needed.
- Creating IT security proposals, implementation plans, and contributing to pre-sales activity for new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing IT security solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Solid understanding of industry best practices, toolsets, and IT security frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Purview, Exchange, Entra and other key cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A team player with the confidence to work directly with clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.
