About the role: The post holder will supervise a team of Trainers delivering training, learning, and development solutions to new and existing Special Constables and Volunteers, supporting the organisation’s strategic aims, objectives, and performance targets. The role also involves delivering training. This position requires flexible working, including regular evenings and weekends (once or twice a month).
