A leading developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for a brand new traditional housing site in Rugby. This role offers progression opportunities to Project Manager as new phases commence.
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of the construction project
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain strict quality control measures
