Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in London. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our range of security products. Day-to-day tasks include delivering customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and using analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
