Future Signs is currently looking to recruit an Artwork / Estimator / Client Support individual to join their team. The role involves contributing to all aspects of design, signage setup services within the workshop, liaising with the production team & installers.
Summary of Role:
- Handling client queries regarding specifications and project details.
- Producing accurate, bespoke estimates efficiently.
- Liaising with suppliers for outsourcing when required.
- Booking orders and converting estimates to production.
- Providing detailed job bags and artwork files to the production team.
- Liaising with logistics to meet delivery requirements.
- Assisting within the department to ensure timely project completion.
- Developing skills in digital printing, signage, and manufacturing.
This role offers technical and practical estimating, account management, supplier liaison, print, and distribution support. The post holder will work within a flexible team to maintain and develop services, adhering to quality standards, service level agreements, and commercial awareness.
Day-to-day activities include overseeing jobs from enquiry to finished product with necessary support. Technical expertise using industry software and practical involvement in printing, finishing, installation, and delivery are required. Experience in a similar role is beneficial; training will be provided.
Salary depends on experience and knowledge (sign experience is not essential but beneficial). + 38-hour week + 28 days holiday (including bank holidays, Christmas, and Easter break).
