Recruiter responsibilities include: Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers, reviewing organization plans and following objectives Build applicant pool by researching and contacting various candidate sources Assist with the hiring process of caregivers: processing applications, background screening, interviewing and reference validation Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals The ideal candidate will have: Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school One to three years of related recruiting or human resources experience and/or training Advanced knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare industry Outstanding relationship building and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job FirstLight offers: Competitive pay and advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
